    This workshop, led by University of Cincinnati Psychology Professor, Dr. Pankhuri Aggarwal, PhD, will provide strategies to enhance emotional well-being and build strong relationships, specifically tailored for women.

    Participants will gain insights into the importance of mental health, understand the origins of negative thoughts, and learn practical techniques to manage them. The session will cover mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, effective communication, and maintaining self-respect in relationships.

    Attendees will also receive resources and support to continue their mental health journey.
