Rock Your Beauty fuels confidence for Cincinnati women through fashion, community, and connection.
How do we do this?
The Annual Rock Your Beauty Fashion Show: The Rock Your Beauty Fashion Show isn’t just a runway, it’s a movement. Every look, every step, every model redefines beauty with unapologetic confidence. This night celebrates women owning their power, lifting each other up, and proving that fashion is more than style, it’s empowerment in motion. The annual fashion show is more than fashion; it’s also our biggest fundraiser of the year!
The Glow Up Awards: Fueled by funds raised at our fashion show, the Glow Up Awards empower underserved women in Cincinnati to step boldly into their next chapter. Each award grants up to $1,000 for a new wardrobe, hair, and makeup, equipping women to enter their career, social life, and future with confidence, strength, and unstoppable style.
Women can nominate themselves or others, and Rock Your Beauty partners with local nonprofits, shelters, and rehabilitation centers to identify women who are ready for a fresh start. Together, we build bridges, create connections, and ensure women have the resources they need to rise and thrive.
Every dollar of the Glow Up Awards is invested back into Cincinnati’s women-owned and women-centric small businesses, fueling both the local economy and the city’s vibrant fashion community.
Glow Up Award Program Structure:
15 Rock Your Glow-Up Awards are granted annually to women ready to step into their next chapter. These will be awarded on a rolling basis throughout the year.
Funds support styling, shopping at women-owned/centric boutiques and beauty services.
Women can be nominated or self-nominate through our website, and we also partner with local nonprofits and women’s shelters to help identify candidates who are ready for a fresh start and a fierce new chapter.
A Rock Your Beauty team member will accompany each winner throughout her glow-up journey—from the shopping experience to the salon session. We’re there to offer expert styling support, thoughtful guidance, and genuine encouragement every step of the way. Our role is to ensure she feels confident, cared for, and empowered to fully embrace this transformative moment.

We’re looking for amazing nonprofits, rehabilitation centers, women’s shelters as well as salons, and boutiques to partner with us on our Glow Up Awards!
Nonprofit, rehabilitation, and women’s shelter partners will nominate women from their community of clients for our Glow Up Awards, celebrating resilience, transformation, and empowerment.
Women-owned and women-centric Salons and boutiques will be the go-to destinations for our award recipients to receive clothing, hair styling, and makeup—helping them shine on and off the runway.
There’s no cost to participate. In fact, we’ll be investing back into your organization or business as part of this collaboration. Interested? Email us to learn more and get involved!
How to Apply or Nominate
This is for the women who need it most. The Rock Your Beauty Glow-Up Award is designed for Cincinnati women who are facing financial strain, rebuilding after hardship, or starting fresh—whether that means stepping out of a shelter, navigating recovery, or simply trying to reclaim their confidence after a tough chapter.
We believe fashion can be a tool for healing, and beauty can be a bridge to self-worth. That’s why we’re awarding $1,000 Glow-Up Awards to 15 women who are ready to feel seen, supported, and unstoppable.
Self-Nomination
If you’re a woman who’s ready to step into your next chapter but financial barriers or tough circumstances have held you back, this is for you. We want to hear your story, your dreams, and why now is your time to glow. Apply for the Glow-Up Award and let us help you rediscover your power.
Partner or External Nomination
Are you a nonprofit, shelter, or community organization supporting women in transition, recovery, or reinvention? Maybe you simply know a woman who’s ready to reclaim her confidence and step into her power.
Submit a nomination to help her access a $1,000 grant designed to amplify the beauty already within.
